The Lazy rubbish dumper
Well, it's Friday, and some lazy person has dumped their bag of dog poo in my neighbour's bin at 80 Eban Ave, they did not even tie up the bag, This is disgusting, and we ALL need to keep a lookout for this lazy person, especially as it happened this morning, as the rubbish bin was only put out at 7am. Keep a lookout, and also post any details you have regarding this issue, and we will follow it up.
