The past months have emphasised to use the importance for families to have a meaningful service for their loved one. For those who have suffered during COVID-19, we admire you for your strength and thank you for your acceptance of the situation.
We encourage people to have a service – whether it be a full funeral, a private family gathering or a memorial service held afterwards. Along with being able to celebrate a loved one’s life, a funeral can assist with the grief and healing process and it provides comfort to those who have gathered.
At Avenal Park Funeral Home, the staff can assist you in ensuring you/your loved one has a meaningful funeral. This can be from designing a personalised casket, to producing an unique service sheet and photo slideshow, through to having elements at the funeral that reflect a person’s life.
