Room available for rent
Hi,
There is a room available for rent in our flat which is in the suburb of Peacocke on a lifestyle block.
Rent is $175 per week for a single or $250 a week for a couple (this includes power and internet).
There are currently three of us living here, one of whom is the owner of the property. We also have two cats who live here.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
