The "Banana House" finds a new resident

Kylie Klein Nixon Reporter from Homed

One of Wellington's most delightful homes has found a buyer. Thorndon's "Banana House" actually settled back in February, but we're sharing the good news now, and taking the chance to have another peek around this wonderful architectural gem. Built in the 1800, it's one of a kind in NZ, and might be the first home built here from concrete. Word is the new owners are going to give the home some TLC and restore it to its Victorian glory. What do you think?
