Fridge freezer- brand new door seals, but part needs replacing

Katie from Takapuna

My Fisher and Paykel Active Smart fridge has just been given brand new door seals on both compartments, but now I've discovered it's actually the temperature control panel that needs to be replaced. I'm not so confident with that repair and I'd rather just buy a new fridge than shell out to have someone repair it, so now the fridge needs a new home, hopefully to someone who can use it for parts (seriously, those door seals have been on only a week- they can't be wasted!) or who wants to replace the temperature control panel and net themselves a great fridge. 1690mm high X 650mm deep X 640mm wide. Currently it is still working but the freezer compartment is getting frosty and the fridge temp is fluctuating, so it will need a repair or be used for parts. I've put it on TradeMe, but thought I'd post here too. Please check it out if you're interested:

Poll: Are Kiwis allergic to “exuberance”? 🥝

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

In The Post’s opinion piece on the developments set to open across Aotearoa in 2026, John Coop suggests that, as a nation, we’re “allergic to exuberance.”

We want to know: Are we really allergic to showing our excitement?

Is it time to lean into a more optimistic view of the place we call home? As big projects take shape and new opportunities emerge, perhaps it’s worth asking whether a little more confidence (and enthusiasm!) could do us some good.
