Mahara Midweek Market
Come and check out Kapiti's only weekday market today and every Tuesday outside the empty shops in Mahara Place, Waikanae from 11am - 1.30pm. If you're south of Waikanae, hop on the train (and if you've got a Gold Card it's free!) and walk across to the market. Grab a coffee from one of our lovely cafes and browse the stall while listening to some great music. Why not make a day of it and catch a movie at our awesome Shoreline Cinema and maybe a bite to eat afterwards at Salt and Wood Collective, all within 100m each of each other!!
