Vinyasa Yoga on Saturday mornings - Aro Valley Community Center (9 am - 60 mins) - Brooklyn Community Center (10.30 am - 75 mins) Yoga with Jenn
Hi there
I am a certified yoga instructor and will be leading two class on Saturday morning. The first will be a 60 min yoga class at the Aro Valley Community Center at 9 am and the second will be a 75 min yoga class at the Brooklyn Community Center at 10.30 am.
This will be a gentle, but strong practice and guaranteed to get you moving.
Classes will be held Saturday mornings for the following dates listed below:
2019 Schedule
27 July - This class will be a gold coin donation in support of Dry July or to your preferred charity (most welcome to bring cash to the class or donate online - www.dryjuly.co.nz...).
Also, grateful to share that we have been provided with a lovely offer by one of our students (Rhys Dwyer (ZBANZA, IICT) a Certified Zero Balancing Practitioner). For all donations, you will receive a voucher for 25% off treatment and be entered into a draw for a free treatment (to be used by yourself or gifted to another person going through cancer treatment/family member).
