Looking for two ""BOARDERS"" on behalf of a friend in a 3 bedroom modern owned home with 40 year old woman. A very comfortable warm home. First of two rooms is the slightly smaller than the other one, the price is at $170.00 per week and two weeks rent as bond ( NEGOTIABLE ) up front. The second room the bigger of the two is $180.00 per week and two weeks rent as bond that's negotiable as well. When you leave you get that back, rent has to be paid on time no excuses. There's plenty of fridge and freezer space in New fridge/freezer as well as a chest freezer, use of pots pans utensils washer and dryer. Must be tidy. we have big lawn and nice bbq area and pool in summer. Unlimited WiFi.
