Wanted ..Property To Rent.
We need your help please. After 15 years of being 'ideal' tenants, our Landlord has just advised us he is selling the property. We live in Whitby and would love to remain in the area or close by. We are able bodied and maintain the home and property as if it were our own. We do have an elderly, small dog who is extremely well behaved and a couple of 6 year old cats - also well behaved. We would like a tidy property, fenced and with a garage please. Currently, we are in a 3 bedroom home, but a 2 bedroom could also work. Our landlord will provide references on how we maintain the property, how well the pets are behaved ,and that the rent is always paid on time. Can pay up to $500 per week. We require the property by late May / early June at the latest please. Looking for long term. Thanks, Sandra 027 3203966
