iRest® Yoga Nidra is a simple form of meditation designed for modern day living. Everyone needs a way to feel at ease when life gets challenging. iRest (which stands for integrative restoration) helps you tap into a place that is calm - even when life is not.
Some people use iRest to relax when life gets busy. Others use it to help heal from serious trauma, cope with anxiety and stress, insomnia, depression, PTSD, chronic pain and chemical dependency.
In this course, you will learn the 10 tools of iRest, and be supported with 8 guided audio recordings and a workbook and weekly support emails. It's a safe and secular approach.
iRest is evidence-based and has been researched in US army veterans hospitals across the US for the last 10 years. It combines mindfulness, ancient yoga techniques, and Western medical knowledge.

Some Choice News!
Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?
Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
