Inspiration from our Nelson Bays ME CFS FM GROUP - Co-ordinator
Knowing how sick Clare had been with ME, trying new diet etc and Challenges, I felt she was an inspiration to us all. So when my daughter and her friend came over from Queensland, yesterday I decided that if Clare could do it so could I. I took my walking stick, a great help, Gary carried our water bottles and we had plenty of stops. I made it. Tired and sore to day. But I'm so happy. What have you achieved that you would like to share.
