Is the Eagle helicopter a "nuisance"?

Hi neighbours, a local board member has sent about 150 angry emails over the Eagle helicopter. Ōrākei local board member Troy Churton lodged complaints and sent videos of the helicopter flying over his home to police. Do you agree? What do you think about the helicopter?
