Marsden celebrates Matariki
Marsden Year 9 students lit up the night sky with lanterns and masks created in art classes, as they paraded in the Nga Wai Piāta (Streams of Light) opening of the Ahi Kā Festival of Fire and Light along the Wgtn waterfront. What an amazing night, part of Matariki ki Pōneke celebrations, and a beautiful way to welcome in the Māori New Year.
