You are welcome to join us and experience Meditation every Wednesday from 7 pm to 8 pm.

Meditation will consist of guided meditations and periods of silence.
Meditation helps us to become relaxed and peaceful and deal with situations in a positive way.
We also offer Meditation, Positive Thinking, Dealing with Anger and Stress Free Living courses.

I have around twenty, empty 10-liter distilled water bottles to serve as emergency water storage. I saved them for my friends, but they already have their own water supplies. Take as many as you like. Please respond to this notice if you are interested.

In The Post’s opinion piece on the developments set to open across Aotearoa in 2026, John Coop suggests that, as a nation, we’re “allergic to exuberance.”
We want to know: Are we really allergic to showing our excitement?
Is it time to lean into a more optimistic view of the place we call home? As big projects take shape and new opportunities emerge, perhaps it’s worth asking whether a little more confidence (and enthusiasm!) could do us some good.
