Hey all you stay at home mums/grandparents & retirees.
Got a spare hour or two.
Considered volunteering - very rewarding pastime
Fit, no horse experience required, then you are just the person/s we are looking for.
Greenhithe Riding for the Disabled is looking to expand their day/times of operation from a Saturday morning to include 1 -2 days during the week.
We have a very long waiting list and are looking for volunteers from Greenhithe & surrounding communities to help the disabled children in your communities to be able to attend riding therapy sessions.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
