SPCA Kids event this Saturday - Puppy Dog Dialogue!
Young animal lovers aged 6 years and older are invited to join us for a fun, hands-on and safe way to learn about pets and the animals that live around us.
We will explore a variety of topics which could include everything from dog training, animal care and responsible animal guardianship to improving our community for our animals and each other.
Canines through and through is what this event is all about! Dog owners and dog lovers alike are invited to come and learn about dogs and puppies. Kids will explore being an amazing dog owner, learn about dog communication and body language as well as how to be safe around dogs. We will make DIY Dog Orbs which can be taken home or donated to a special SPCA friends!
This special event will also include puppy bath time, creating chalk art to promote adoptions and basic pet first aid – and of course plenty of cuddle time with our special SPCA animals!
