Have you seen swimmers in the Mission Bay fountain?

The Auckland Council is asking people to stop swimming in the Mission Bay fountain, even though it already banned. It is currently being drained and undergoing a four-day clean due to the increasing number of people bathing in it.
What do you think about people swimming in fountains? Have you seen many people bathing in it? How should the ban be enforced? Is the council just being too strict on this?

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
