Property market
The property market is starting to bounce back from the pre-election lethargy. Interest rates continue to hold steady with some great rates being offered by some of the banks. Although the Government decision has been announced there is still a settling-in period to come but we are on the road to getting back to normal.
We have seen a steady flow of listings over the past few weeks and it feels like the spring market is starting to bloom. Once the Government swings into full action, it will be upwards and onwards from there. In the meantime, the feeling in both the economy and the property market is that we will just get on with it as we New Zealanders do!

Some Choice News!
Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?
Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
