Any ideas who posted this in our mailboxes on Torlesse Street?
I have a cat who is fixed and wears a collar, just wantes to know what will happen if somebody was to catch her, if they would let her go because shes clearly owned, though she doesnt go far, shes always close when i call her, my neighbour is very upset about this message because her kitten is to young to be fixed
