Does anyone have any spare citrus out there to swap for lemon curd, juice etc...
As a head chef that uses a lot of citrus at home in my cooking and seafood, each year I squeeze and freeze down citrus juiced from trees and to make jams and marmalade etc... Will swap for finished products like lemon curd, marmalade, juice.
