Tom's Chimney Cakes & Langosh at Saturday Night Market
Freshly Chimney Cakes are made with dough spun around a wooden stick, rolled in sugar and turned over the open fire. The resulting caramel outer-layer helps toppings such as chopped nuts, chocolate, cinnamon, raisins, vanilla, almond stick to the pastry chimney.
Langosh is a savory fried bread served with generous lashings of fresh garlic, a dash of salt, and whatever toppings you desire!
