South Kaipara Harvest & Artisan Market
The monthly South Kaipara Harvest & Artisan Market is on again this Sunday, 10am-1pm at Te Whare Oranga o Parakai.
Support your local growers and craftspeople by coming along to chat to them about their talents and passions.
The only thing you need is your wallet and a smile.
There are just a few spot left in our 9am Kids' Kitchen Cooking Class. This month we'll be whipping up some microwave sweet treats and decorating them with a sprinkle and a twist and all manner of deliciousness. To book email kitchen@thrivekaipara.org.nz. Cost $5, ages 3-12.
Our Community Table has been doing a roaring trade in recent months. So, if you have some extra bits and bobs in your garden that you won't quite get to, then drop by with a box or a bag and we'll sell them on your behalf for just $3.

Some Choice News!

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?
Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
