The current property market is fairly steady and with interest rates on the rise, we are seeing buyers making faster decisions as they are keen to settle into a fixed rate loan before they see further rate rises. This is great news for vendors, who can also take advantage of the same interest rates if they have found their next home.
There is a wide range of properties on the market; infact there is something for everyone, so we are looking forward to continuing the momentum during winter months.
