When buying a home remember smart sellers stage their homes to make sure they look their best when you view them.
Make a list of your requirements and practical things to check eg number and location of power points, sufficient storage space, which way the house faces, local area etc plus visualise your furniture in the home. That way if you fall instantly in love with the property, you will not forget to check that it will meet your requirements.
