Pay off your mortgage quicker and pay less interest as a result.
We still have some spaces left for this talk.
Would you like to pay your mortgage off quicker?
Over the lifetime of a standard mortgage you will very likely pay as much or more interest than the amount you actually borrow but by using standard bank tools, it is possible to halve the cost of the interest charged on your mortgage even for those on a modest income?
Money not spent on mortgage interest increases your cash flow and enables you to pay off your debt much sooner than you could have dreamt.
The Halswell Community Project has asked Linda Hart to come and talk to us about mortgages and the different ways in which they are, and can be structured and what strategies can help us alongside the mortgage.
Linda has 14 years’ experience helping people to reduce their debt. She is happy to share her knowledge and answer questions. If the concept interests people, she offers a further free consultation and analysis of your personal mortgage situation , so you can assess whether you want to use her assistance and see a brighter future. Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?
Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
