Women’s self Defence

Victoria Kemp from Friendship House (Huntly) Community Charitable Trust

This one-day course will help you turn fear into confidence with easy to learn powerful techniques for women of all abilities and ages.

The physical skills for safety taught on this course include; kicks, punches, strangle releases, knife and ground defences, and how to deal with a group attack.

Discussion content gives awareness of victim/attacker mentality and healthy relationships.

This course is taught by Bex Fraser, an experienced accredited teacher of self-defence with the Women’s Self Defence Network Wāhine Toa.
