Tuakau Duck Race - FREE Community Event

The Tuakau Duck Race will be held at the Les Batkin Reserve, Tuakau; on the 20th of November starting at 11am.
The main event where 1000 small, rubber ducks race down the Waikato River is scheduled for 2pm. There are great prizes to be won so get your $5 ticket for the Tuakau Duck Race at Tuakau Kindergarten on Buckland road OR email us on tuakauduckrace@gmail.com for electronic transfers. This is a FREE community event and we encourage families to come down and enjoy all the activities we have planned for the day. There will be face painting, a duck hunt, pony rides, obstacle course and the very entertaining "Sponge the Teacher"!
Opportunities to watch Waka Ama perform on the water as well as meeting members from our local fire brigade, police and neighbourhood watch should get young and old equally excited!
Delicious food will be offered at very reasonable prices but please do remember this is a CASH ONLY event.
