My wife & I spent a few evenings clearing out our house to go on the market & a number of car loads up to your place at all hours. Was so convenient coming & going when it suited us as we both work long hours. The agents were amazed with how much larger our house looked AND we got 2 cars into our garage (Haven't done that for years!!). Our agent feels we obtained $$$$ more for our sale due to the presentation and de-cluttering. Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
