About Eve Rudkin Mindfulness

Hi, I am Eve Rudkin BHSc (Psychology), experienced local . I really enjoy helping people improve their mental wellbeing. The training I offer helps people develop their emotional, psychological and physical health, such as helping with stress, anxiety, depression, and sleeping problems.

I offer an all-levels restorative session at Meadowbank Community centre on the 3rd Monday of the month at 1.30. And I offer 1:1 Mindfulness coaching.

I facilitate group courses in Stress Management, which are partly based on the original mindfulness course. Doing courses is the proven way to establish the ongoing benefits of self-awareness, stress reduction and mindfulness, more than an app or a quick intro.
