Ciggie puffing driver led police on car chase through Thames highway
VIDEO: The driver of a car leading police on a chase along a Hauraki highway was smoking a cigarette with his headphones in, a witness said.
He didn't look phased but the woman in the passenger seat of the fleeing car looked petrified, one motorist who passed the chase on the entrance to Thames on Thursday said.
