Leaves, bark chips and grass wanted for compost
Hi, I am making compost and need organic matter and especially leaves. If anyone has deciduous trees that will soon drop their leaves (or already have!) can you text me and I will come rake and take away your leaves. I will bring my rake and wool fadges to put it in. If you have grass clippings or bark that would also be great! Thanks Debbie 0277822377

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
