The true story of Nicholas 'Nicky' Winton, a London broker who, in the months leading up to World War II, personally rescued over 600 children from Czechoslovakia as Nazi troops invaded.
Years later, Nicky's quiet humanitarian act is recognised and celebrated by a UK TV show who have tracked down and spoken with some of the children Nicky saved. The story of Nicky's heroic deed is broadcast to the nation and the people whose lives he saved finally have a chance to thank him.
An inspiring story of one person who risks everything to save lives during World War II. Anthony Hopkins is excellent.

The prize was presented by Prime Minister Christopher Luxon at a ceremony at Logan Campbell Village in Auckland today, celebrating the major contribution Professor Hachinski has made to the diagnosis, treatment, prevention, and the links between ‘the terrible three’ - stroke, dementia and coronary heart disease.

Scam alert: I just got an automated call to my cellphone, supposedly from Visa, telling me of two suspicious transactions on my credit card and then wanting me to push buttons to confirm or deny the transactions. I hung up, but others may need to be more careful. Scammers are tricky.
