End of tax year has passed and the scammers are at it again. I just received an email from this address - Do Not Reply <my3IR.online.alert@connect.com.fj> - saying I was due a refund and to clink the link given and it would need my credit card details.
Note the address it has come from, always check the address.
The any emails from IRD will come from - <....ird.govt.nz>

The Ministry of Social Development is reporting that fake information is circulating about new ‘December bonuses’ or ‘benefit increases’

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
