But for some families it's not an option - especially if you live in a rural area, or your kids go to a school on the other side of town. So tell us the main mode of transport by which your children or grandchildren commute.
Plus: Don't forget to join up to a Foot It Club at www.neighbourly.co.nz..., and go into the draw to WIN one of 50 Micro scooters.

Hi everyone,
If you (or someone you know) is looking for a reliable, honest and conscientious house-sitter from the middle of December onwards then please get in touch with me.
I am available from the middle of December for 6 weeks and longer and have loads of experience house (and business) sitting both with and without pets here in NZ and also overseas. I have excellent references I can supply from past house sitting positions.
I would prefer a longer house sitting position  as I am in the beginning process of getting a house built at the moment and don't want to have to move too many times.
Any enquiries please PM me or txt me on 021 970 611
Thanks
Caroline
