Does anyone know who the pest is riding up and down Eden Terrace area on a mini motorbike. No muffler, no rego and a damned noise nuisance. It's a constant up and down and has been Saturday and Sunday.

And it’s now in New Zealand – sightings have been reported in Kerikeri in Northland, Waitara in Taranaki and Te Kuiti in Waikato.
