Abolition of Driving Test Fees
Can someone more knowledgeable than I, kindly advise as to why this has even been considered? If say, a teen really wishes to learn to drive properly and safely and subsequently pass the Test, then why shouldn't they pay for it themselves? I had to get an extra job as a teen, to pay for my driving lessons and test and why not? it was, after all for my benefit. Of course, it goes without saying, the 'lost revenue' will be passed onto us tax payers. Yet more spoon feeding?
