Spacious one bedroom flat to sublet from OCT 12- DEC 12 for $300 per week, including bills (i.e includes power, gas and internet). The address is 4/55 Chaytor St Karori, right on a main bus route, really close to the Marsden Village shops, Zealandia (got a pass you can use), Otari bush and would be great for anyone who wanted a warm, sunny retreat for writing or working from home, because of the incredibly beautiful views. It's a rather special place.
