Find out how AEA members have used the Twelve Step programme to overcome the low feelings associated with addictive eating and go on to live joyful, positive lives.
These are the stories of how some of our members came to find a solution to their food related depression in Addictive Eaters Anonymous. This way of life is available to you, too. We suggest you read these stories of eating disorder recovery with an open mind. Focus on the similarities, rather than the differences. Whatever your problem with food, AEA can help.

City Nature Challenge - Karori Skyline Nature Discovery & Play Day
Foxtail Events in conjunction with Wellington City Council are bringing you a fabulous day out this month!
As part of the City Nature Challenge 2024, we are hosting a Nature Discovery & Play Day at Montgomery Ave Reserve and Karori Skyline filled with an afternoon of fun events!
