Still wanting musicians
Two of us retired musicians have suddenly decided that we haven't finished gigging after all and we are looking for interested people to join us in an acoustic combo.
Our present duo is my mate playing drums and percussion while I play solo nylon string guitar.
Initially we will need a singer and possibly a flute player with reading and improvising skills.
As well as our own material we will be playing classic Great American songbook standards, bossa's and folk/pop/rock by artists such as Joni Mitchell, Beatles etc.

Some Choice News!
Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
