WCC are running discussion / question & answer sessions this Sunday in Brooklyn in three sessions (from 10.30am; 11.30am and 12.30pm then two sessions in Owhiro Bay later on Sunday).

This will be a gentle, but strong practice and guaranteed to get you moving.
Classes will be held Saturday mornings for the following dates listed below:

(Please note - our Brooklyn Comunity Center class will be held in Central Park on 21 September - Weather dependent - looking good so far. If outside, please bring an extra layer and sunscreen.
