I offer safe and effective exercise options for mums in the Karori area and surrounding suburbs.
I'm a MumSafe™️ Trainer with pregnancy an postpartum personal training and coaching qualifications.
I can adjust exercises to suit you and still help you get the most out of your workouts.
I offer two styles of classes. All running out of St Ninian's Church, Karori.
1. Sparkle Together: a 30min express HIIT style class, Wed and Fri mornings, 6:15am
2. Strong Mums Running Strength Class: a 45min strength based evening class for those interested in gaining strength and confidence for running.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
