πŸŽƒ πŸŽƒ Halloween πŸŽƒ πŸŽƒ

Nicole Neighbourly Lead from Khandallah

Halloween is getting closer - we will be welcoming truck or treaters who come by our home at 70 Jubilee Road. Top of the hill.

Halloween is on Sunday 31/10

I would like to suggest that to those who don’t want to participate in this event to put a sign somewhere obvious to say that. Saves everyone getting bombarded and stressed out.

If you are happy to have trick or treaters at yours you probably know what to do……

2017 Santa bear

Craig from Johnsonville

Hi everyone,
Unfortunately, our son's beloved Santa bear got too close to the fireplace and has been damaged. We're reaching out to see if anyone might have a 2017 Santa bear that they no longer want? We are happy to pay for it.
Thanks in advance for any help you can give.

Rubbish and recycling delays

Simone Borgstede from Wellington City Council

Due to a nationwide driver shortage, we’re still seeing some delays with our rubbish and recycling collections.

If rubbish or recycling has not been collected on your street on your normal collection day, please leave it out and it will be picked up the next day

Please note collections now start at 7am, so your rubbish and recycling may be picked up earlier than usual. Make sure you put everything out before 7am on the day of collection, or after 7pm the night before.

Thank you for your patience Pōneke πŸ’›

Thank you from Wadestown Presbyterian Church

Church Secretary from Wadestown Presbyterian Church

There was laughter, there was cooking and there was a great sense of community happening on Friday and Saturday at Wadestown Presbyterian Church for our "Cook up a Storm" events. Our freezer is fully stocked full of yummy meals for those in need. A huge thank you to our wonderful volunteers who made this event happen. We couldn't do what we do without you wonderful people.
