Celebrate the Chinese New Year with a Beginner Tai Chi Class

Tai Chi can help with flexibility, balance, improved circulation and reduced stress. Come along to a new beginner class to try it out.

The following classes start next week:

* Mornington Golf Club, 80 Stanley Street, Berhampore:
3 February, Monday 9-10:30 am
3 February, Monday 7-8:30 pm
4 February, Tuesday 10-11:30 am

* Toi Pōneke Arts Centre, 61/69 Abel Smith Street, Te Aro:
4 February, Tuesday 6:30-8 pm
