Awareness through Movement (Feldenkrais Method) Workshop and Classes
I'm running a workshop this Sunday, and weekly classes from after Waitangi Day.

Feldenkrais lessons use movement and thinking (not stretching and strengthening) to bring attention to, and change, your movement patterns. Release the tense habits which interfere with comfortable, efficient movement.
