Friends of Karori Cemetery: National Monuments Tour

Did you know that Karori Cemetery is home to two national monuments?

Peter Fraser's memorial and also the Tangiwai Memorial. Both are cared for by the @manatutaonga This tour will cover the stories behind these monuments and a number of other interesting personalities interred at Karori.

This tour starts at 2:00pm and runs for approximately an hour and a half. A degree of walking is involved, including uphill, which we will take at a leisurely pace.
