This term we're hosting an Alpha course for guys in the community. It's an opportunity to explore life, faith & meaning in a relaxed atmosphere. The night includes wine & dessert, a video, and a small group discussion. Starts with an introductory night this Monday (2 May) 7:30-9pm. Feel free to just come and check it out. Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
