Sound Bath Healing Meditation -Island Bay
Immerse yourself in a sound healing journey like no other as David and Belinda use the power of voice work and crystal singing bowls to take you through a balancing of the masculine and feminine energies.
We will use crystal singing bowls designed to resonate at the healing frequency of each chakra to move through your energy centres; clearing, cleansing and aligning your entire system. The crystal singing bowls raise your frequency and energy, and you will leave the experience feeling rejuvenated, energised and buzzing.
Sound healing is a form of easy focused meditation, and creates the inner environment for your body to heal itself. There is nothing for you to do except lay back and enjoy the experience.
A study, published in the Journal of Evidence-Based Integrative Medicine, found that one session of sound meditation helped people reduce tension, anger, fatigue, anxiety, and depression while increasing a sense of spiritual well-being.

Poll: Would you participate in local initiatives aimed at stopping plastic from reaching our oceans?
Volunteers will be scouring the foreshore, riverbanks, and islands for rubbish on Saturday the 13th as part of the Clean Up the Hutt event.
This initiative helps stop plastic from reaching our oceans and makes our waterways cleaner and safer for everyone.
We want to know: Should this be rolled out across all coastal cities in Aotearoa? And more importantly… would you get involved? 💚

Poll: Are Kiwis allergic to “exuberance”? 🥝
In The Post’s opinion piece on the developments set to open across Aotearoa in 2026, John Coop suggests that, as a nation, we’re “allergic to exuberance.”
We want to know: Are we really allergic to showing our excitement?
Is it time to lean into a more optimistic view of the place we call home? As big projects take shape and new opportunities emerge, perhaps it’s worth asking whether a little more confidence (and enthusiasm!) could do us some good.
