Builder wanted for ensuite/laundry reno
Builder wanted to build an ensuite in an existing garage, relocate the laundry, demolish an internal cupboard, and build a small hallway and some internal cupboards. I have consented plans, and estimate the job taking 4-6 weeks. If you are not an LBP, I have a registered builder who could supervise/sign off your work, subject to references.
