Help Wanted to Promote Fitness Class for Older Adults
Kia ora! I need help to promote a Monday lunchtime Zumba Gold class in Mana, Porirua. It's a fun, low-impact dance fitness class designed for over 55s, people getting back into fitness, people with injuries, etc. It's non-profit ($5 per class, first class free). Does anyone have friends/family who can promote it for me on Facebook and Neighbourly (community pages for Porirua, Plimmerton, Pautahanui, Tawa, etc.)? I live in Wellington and can't seem to join these groups. Please PM me if you can help. Thank you!
