Volunteer for Samaritans
You can make an amazing difference to someone going through a difficult time in their life by listening and providing support as a Samaritans helpline volunteer. From the satisfaction of helping others, to learning new skills and forming friendships with other Samaritans, you'll get a lot back from volunteering.
